It's no doubt that this artwork is beautiful and harmonised. The colors are great, and the setup of the image is quite interessting. I don't know if it was your intention, but you can see in this picture that it was done digitally with Photoshop, Corel or something else. Those simple brushes like the one on the clouds or the glow are telling me that. I think that the stars are too simple for such a detailed painting. I mean, they're really just blurry dots without any shapes. The character is alright, it looks like a is a mix from a european-american childbook and a japanese manga. I like the way you painted it too, but the propotions from the arms looks strange somehow. Maybe it because of the clothers, but I think the arms should be a little bit longer, because they would end at the hips in my view. And it's hard to tell in such a perspective if the left arm is shorter then the right one. The rest is more a personal flavor and it's your own style and I apprichiate that. Keep going I would be happy to see more artworks like that !
